| 摘 要： | 法律价值和体育精神都是属于观念意识层面,二者在属性上相同。法律价值包括公平、自由、公正、秩序等内容,而这些价值追求同样是体育活动与体育规则的理想目标,法律的价值与体育精神具有高度的一致性。文章通过系统的法律价值与体育精神的介绍,演绎出二者之间的契合。法律在体育精神的促进和实现中非常有重要的作用,国家通过法律意识的培养、广泛的立法、严格的执法以及公正的司法来推进和落实体育精神。

| Abstract: | Law values and sport spirits share the same ideal objectives, including justice,freedom,rightness,order etc.,which are all belonging to consciousness.Thus law values and sport spirits have high coherence essentially. In order to promote and realize sport spirits,we should use laws fully.Cultivation of law consciousness,comprehensive legislation,strict execution of law and fair judicature are needed absolutely in promoting and realizing sport spirits. |
