| 摘 要： | 在追溯运动处方发展历史的基础上,首先从理论上剖析了运动处方概念。采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,对华东地区36所高校就康复性运动处方的运用情况进行摸底调查,在此基础上,进行高校体质弱势群体对开设此类课程的意向调查与分析。结果显示,高校体质弱势群体对此持积极态度。文章还从高校实施康复运动处方的政策环境、软硬件条件、内容范围、实施的技术问题以及实施后的预期结果作全面的可行性分析,并提出相关建议。

A Study of Current Application and Feasibility of Recuperating Exercise Remedy among Physically Disadvantaged College Students |

| Abstract: | Reflecting on the historical development of recuperating exercise remedy, this paper starts with theoretical analysis of the concept "recuperating exercise remedy". Through examination of documentation and use of questionnaire, the paper makes further investigation into the application of recuperating exercise remedy among 36 colleges and universities in east China. Based on the research above, the paper presents a survey and analysis of the intention to run such a course targeting the physically disadvantaged in college. Results show that it has been welcomed by the physically disadvantaged in college. The paper also discusses the overall feasibility of the application of recuperating exercise remedy in college and provides suggestions by examining the policies, conditions, scope of contents and technical problems. |
