| 摘 要： | 本文从分析我国最高层次的竞技体育发展战略即奥运战略实施的现状和问题入手，阐述了竞技体育不同战略存在的客观现实性，并以此为依据，指出了构建竞技体育战略同心圆的必要性，系统地提出了构成竞技体育战略同心圆向心力的６个分力要素。

| Abstract: | Starting from the current situation and prolems of implementing the Olympic Strategies, the high-level strategies of Chinese athletic sports, this paper discusses the reality of the coexistence of different athletic sports strategies and the necessity, based on the reality , of constructing the" concentric circles" of athletic sports strategies. Meanwhile, the author systematically analyses the six components of the centripetal force in the "concentric circles". |
