摘    要:近年来有关长时间运动过程中内源性活性氧产生与运动性疲劳的关系的研究已取得较丰富的研究结果,几乎所有这些有关工作均推测:线粒体通透性转运通道的打开引起的钙转运紊乱可能是产生长时间运动性疲劳的一个主要原因。本文就长时间运动对线粒体通透性转运产生的影响作一简要介绍,进一步了解长时间运动性疲劳发生的分子机制。

Abstract:Recently studies that concern the relationship between oxidant reduction of exercise induced endogenous reactive oxygen species with fatigue after exercise had been achieved abundant results. Almost these studies inferred that calcium transport confused induced by opening mitochondria permeability transition pore was probably an essential factor of fatigue after prolonged exhaustive exercise. This subject was introduced in the present minireview so that we may further deeply undstand the moleculces mechanism of prolonged exercise induced fatigue appearance.
