| 摘 要： | 本文从国际人权的角度,探讨了公民体育权利的基本涵义和性质。公民体育权利是从生命健康权、社会文化权、社会经济权和社会发展权等基本人权中引申而来的,是由法律法规确定的,每个公民或者组织通过体育锻炼或运动竞赛的方式。享有身心健康或精神荣誉等利益的意志和行动自由;公民体育权利是一项基本人权,在我国属于宪法权利。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of international human rights,this research explores the basic concepts and nature of citizen's sports right.Citizen's sports right is derived from the basic hu- man fights such as life and health right,social and cultural fight,social and economic right,and social development right,and is defined by the laws and regulations.It prescribes that every citi- zen or organization is entitled to the free will and behavior of interests such as physical and mental health as well as spiritual honor by the means of sports exercise or competition;citizen's sports right is a basic human right,and belongs to constitutional rightsin China. |
