| 摘 要： | 由于苏联的解体,俄罗斯的政治转制、社会转轨、经济转型,使俄罗斯的竞技体育管理体制也受到冲击。历史的原因,中国与前苏联的国情、社会制度、经济状况以及竞技体育管理体制上都有许多相同之处,因此对苏联解体后俄罗斯竞技体育管理体制的成功经验和失败教训进行研究,无疑对我国在2008年奥运会之后竞技体育管理体制的改革有着重要的参考意义。随着社会的发展,我国的竞技体育管理体制改革势在必行,从俄罗斯竞技体育管理体制改革和发展的经验教训中启示我们,只有结合我国的国情,建立具有中国特色的新形势下的竞技体育管理模式,我国的竞技体育才会有更大的发展。

| Abstract: | As the result of Soviet Union's disintegration,Russia's politics transfer,social switcher and economical transfer,Russia's athletics sports management system is also under the impact.Because of the historical reasons,there are many same places in the national condition ,the social system ,the economical condition and the athletics sports management system in China and the former Soviet Union ,therefore ,the research on the success and failure of the Russian athletics sports management system after Soviet Union's diaintegration has the important reference significance to the reform of our country's athletics sports management system after 2008 Olympics. As the development of the society, the reform of the athletics sports management system is imperative under the situation.The experience of Russia's athletics management organizational reform and development inspires us that only to unify our national condition and establish Chinese characteristic athletics sports management pattern under the new situation ,our country's athletics sports can have a further developemt. |
