摘    要:在体育课程中,发展学生的“身体素质”已不能涵盖素质教育的内涵,素质教育的理念应解读为“体育素养”;“健康第一”的指导思想,只能落实在体育课程的教学原则层面上,不能作为教学目标的本身;体育教学的第一目标是运动技能学习,并为健身奠基;“终身体育能力”不等同于终身体育锻炼,其有机构成是运动欣赏力、健身评价力、运动参与力。

Abstract:In the P.E. course, developing students' "physical quality" has been unable to cover the connotation of quality education. The notion of quality education should be interpreted as "P.E. quality"; The guideline of "health first" can only be carried out as the teaching principle instead of as the teaching aim; The primary aim of P.E. teaching is to master movement skills, which lay the foundation of physical fitness; "The abilities in lifelong P.E." is not identical to "lifelong physical exercises". The abilities to appreciate sports, to evaluate physical fitness, and to participate in sports are the organic components of the lifelong P.E. .
