| 摘 要： | 以问卷调查、文献资料分析和现代教育思想、教育观念的理论探讨为基本方法，从健康教育和素质教育的观点出发，论述了普通高校体育教学的价值现、活动观和学生观。从宏观层面对普通高校体育教学进行了系统分析，进而构建了一个理论依据充分、实效性和可操作性强的普通高校体育教学课程框架，并对课程设置和课程管理进行了初步探讨。
