| 摘 要： | 坚持依法治体,加强体育法制建设,是我国未来体育改革与发展的一项重要方针和任务.为此,需要对我国进入新世纪后体育法制建设进行全面的规划,深入开展体育法制发展的战略研究.本文就我国体育法制建设的目标、方针、道路以及对策等基本战略问题,进行了初步的思考.

| Abstract: | Sticking to rule sports according to law and strengthening the construction of sports legal system is an important policy and task on future sports reform and development in China. Therefore, all - sides programming and deep stratagem study on sports legal system construction after we entering the 2lth century is necessary. Based on basic stratagem question in China sports legal system construction such as goal, policy. way and countermeasure etc, a primary thinking is achieved. |
