| 摘 要： | 研究我国教育方针、政策和体育法等理论,调查本地区本单位系级群体工作评估经验与不足,以本校为群体工作评估的实验基地。采用层次分析、系数量化、综合评价,完善实践环节,力争做到科学量化,客观评估,方便易行。激发群体工作者的积极性,增强学生体育意识,养成锻炼习惯,为学生从被动锻炼过渡到主动锻炼的过程提供良好的途径和措施。对探讨高校群体工作评估理论有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | According to the research on the theories of education policy, priciple and physical law, according to the investigation on the experience and failure of departmental group work in the local area and unit, experimentally based on the group work evaluation of our university .level analysis, coefficient quantification, synthetical evaluation are used to improve the practice, quantify scientifically, evaluation are used to improve the practice, quantify scientifically, evaluate objectively and easily. In order to activate group workers' positivity, to improve students' physical consciousness, to form the habit of exercise, to change the students from passive exercise to active exercise, this provides perfect methods and measurements. This is an excellent reference for the evaluation theory of discussing university group work. |
