| 摘 要： | 对服用兴奋剂的运动员实施的处罚措施取决于解决该争议所适用的有关规范的规定，处罚的主要依据是责行相适应原则。对服用兴奋剂的运动员的处罚可分为固定性的取消参赛资格的体育运动处罚和附加的或者灵活性的纪律性处罚两种形式。
