| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国内外高校体育教学现状进行分析研究，提出改革对策，并建立适应当前我国高校体育教学改革的新构想。从选课、教学模式以及教学评价体系等的设计，提出了一些具体操作方案，为我国高校体育教学全方位改革和发展，提供参考依据。
