| 摘 要： | 体育价值认知是与人的健康目标和需要相一致的，它以认识水平、运动体验作为基础．由于人对教育过程中多种因素的结合、同化和顺应，这种价值认知具有不断超越其原有定势的趋势，并不断影响人的评价、选择和行为。以学生为主体的体育教育模式，首先要弄清的是学生的认知结构已发展到什么阶段。理想的教育是使体育价值认知在内部的认知结构和信息的输入之间建立良好的联系和配合的最佳状态。

| Abstract: | The value of physical education recognition and understanding is generally consistent with the goal of the health and the needs, which is based on the level of realization, observation and the experiences of exercises. Combined, assimilated and complied with the elements in the process of edu- cation, the recognition and understanding has been promoting the original standards, and is still influ- encing the appreciation, election and the behaviour of students. In accordence with the students - ori- ented pattern, a knowledge of the students' level of appreciation is necessary. What is ideal is a good combination of both internal recognition of the students and the external input of information. |
