| 摘 要： | 针对当前国内培养高水平运动员偏重于提高运动员的体能、技能、成绩和物质奖励等“物化”成份的研究，而忽视同步提高其精神力量和道德水准的问题，本文提出树立“夺标育人”的竞技新思想，以求全面提高运动员的身、心、群协作能力，促进国家竞技运动的理论与实践全面地向“以人为本”的思想过渡。

| Abstract: | According to the study about the train athlete with high sport ability lay particular stress on the physical force, skill, grade, and encouragement and so on, and the problems about mentality and morality neglected, the paper puts forward new sports thought Focus on individual reach the goal and educate to the individual. The purpose is to improve athlete's ability of body, mind, and cooperation, and accelerate the thinking transformation into Focus on Individual in theory and practice. |
