| 摘 要： | 本文对我国体育市场秩序的本质与作用进行了理论研究。研究认为:体育市场秩序在本质上是一种利益和谐、竞争适度、收益共享的资源配置状态和利益关系体系。因此,治理体育市场秩序的重心不应当是目前流行的简单的体育行政处罚或道德教化,而应当是在必要的体育法制建设、体育行政管理及体育制度完善的基础上,进行利益关系的重构和协调,消除各种体育经济主体之间、政府之间和政府与各种社会经济主体之间的利益冲突,从而实现利益和谐及利益和谐条件下体育市场秩序的和谐。

| Abstract: | With the research methods of the combination of documentary analysis, interview and synthetic and analysis etc, to do theory research on nature and function of sport market order in Our Country. The result shows that the nature of sports market order is one kind of resource allocation state and interest relationship system in which the interest is harmonious, competition is appropriate, and gains is shared. So the simple sports administrative penalty and moral enlightenment is not the focus of the governance of sports market order. What we should do is to rebuild the interest relationship and remove the interest conflicts among all kinds of sports economic agents and the unharmonious relationship between sports economic agents and the government. |
