摘    要:长期以来体育教育评价中过多地强调了体育的功效性,注重运动成绩的评价,而忽视以人为中心的教育指向,使评价作为整个体育教育系统的闭合环节应起到的反馈检验作用与学校体育目标错位,本选题研究对现有的体育教育评价有效性提出质疑.在教育现代化的大背景下,从素质教育理念出发提出以人的发展为中心的评价对策,即不应盲目追求客观和量化,认识到体育教育与评价的相对性,依据体育评价的互动性特点,建立起着眼于学生学习过程的纵向评价和学生之间学习效果的相对差距的横向评价,再辅之于学生的自我评价.

Abstract:In the long term the sports utilities and sports performance have been overemphasized and the educational orientation based on human development has been neglected in PE evaluation, so that the physical educational evaluation' s feedback and checking functions in physical educational system has gone against PE targets. The validity of this evaluation mechanism is challenged in the paper. The author puts forwards the evaluation methods with human development as the core according to quality education principles on the background of physical modernization. It is suggested that the relativity between physical educaton and evaluation should be well understood and the lengthways evaluation of students' studying process and the crosswise evaluation of learning effects among students should be equally stressed accompanied by students' self-evaluation.
