| 摘 要： | 建立新农村社区体育健身俱乐部是贯彻落实《全民健身计划纲要》和《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十一五规划纲要》的重要工作,而且也是农村精神文明建设、提倡健康文明生活方式和建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。在探讨建立我国新农村社区体育健身俱乐部的目的和意义的基础上,提出建立新农村社区体育健身俱乐部的界定、任务、基本条件、要求与资金来源,以及在建设社会主义新农村中所表现出的功能和价值,为推进社会主义新农村体育建设和实施农民健身工程提供理论参考。
