| 摘 要： | 体育纠纷的复杂性与现行纠纷解决机制的缺陷对于体育纠纷解决机制的改革要求十分迫切。在民主宪政的大背景下,司法介入体育纠纷势在必行。文章在分析体育纠纷特点与司法介入障碍的基础上讨论司法介入的基本路径与策略选择,试图通过构建体育协会行业自治与司法介入良性互动的关系模式来完善我国体育纠纷解决制度。
