| 摘 要： | 作者从立法反映体育市场经济权利平等原则、注重立法效益、注重经济价值优先性与协调性的统一及立法资源的合理利用等4方面，阐述体育市场经济对立法的导向作用，提出了立足体育市场经济特征的立法有利于体育市场经济的法治化。

On Market Economy Legislation Based on and Sports Market Economy in China |

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature and investigate vi sit. demonstrates the action which sports market economy affects legislation from four aspects as follows; the equality of sports market economy, valuing the efficiency of legisl ation, paying attention to the conformation of valeation and the rational use of the resources of legislation. It was put forward the legislation which on sport the market economy is favorable to the rule of law in the condition of sport ma rket economy. |
