| 摘 要： | 在学好原地过杆技术和助跑起跳技术后,再学习助跑起跳与过杆相结合技术时,往往结合不好,助跑过杆技术不能达到原地过杆技术那样的效果。笔者通过多年的教学实践发现、平台、斜台和杆上挺髋练习,对助跑过杆术的掌握,起着良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The poor connection between run-up take-off and bar-clearing techiques may not achieve as good a result as standing bar-clearing technique, even after the practice of individual techniques for standing bar-clearing and run-up take-off. Through many years of .teaching practice, the writer has found that the practice on platform, slanting board and the practice of hip-thrusting over the bar will help with acquisition of the run-up bar-clearing technique. |
