| 摘 要： | 体育保险业在我国属于朝阳产业,但同时也是高风险的特殊行业。加入WTO与申奥成功后,先进体育保险组织进入我国体育保险市场的进程明显加快。比较我国体育保险市场和世界先进体育保险市场监督管理所存在的差距,充分借鉴国际体育保险市场监督管理的先进经验,尽快建立我国体育保险市场监督管理体系,确立体育保险市场监督管理的运行机制,不断提高我国体育保险市场的监督管理水平。

| Abstract: | Sports insurances is morning sun industry in China and its is also special trades of high risk at the same. After China's entry into WTO and its being the host nation for Olympic Games, advance sports insurance companies enter China's sports insurance market speed quickly. Comparing the gap between domestic insurance and overseas sports insurance market, use the advanced experiences of other countries sports insurance market supervise management system for reference, it is necessary to set up sports insurance market supervise management system in China and establish moving mechanism of its in China, raise supervise management level of sports insurance market in china. |
