我国普通高校体育教师科研现状及对策

摘    要:本文运用文献资料、访问调查等方法,对普通高校138名经常从事科研工作的体育教师,从学术研究成果的类别,及从事科研工作的目的等内容进行了调研;结果表明:138名普通高校体育教师中大多数从事体育科研的主要目的是职称晋升与上岗需要,导致了研究方向杂乱、科研成果水平偏低等现实问题.

Abstract:This paper, by means of literature investigation, experts inquiry and logical analysis, studied the status of P. E. teacher's academic background and title, the category of their scientific research outcome, and their purpose of carrying out research work, based on a sample of 138 P. E. teachers, who are constantly engaged in sports science research in recent years, amount 32 universities in China. The result of this study shows that the main factors which effect P. E. techears' motive and level in science research, are the promotion of higher academic title, the requirement of employment, and the finance support. The result also show that the professor in P. E. did not properly play a leading role in science research which may be the more important factor that lead to P. E. subject fall behind the other subjects in universities.
