| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法并以管理学和训练学的研究视角,阐述与分析了法国排球联盟组织管理运营模式特征;其管理运营理念的核心就是以大众体育向竞技体育发展的实践过程;法国排球联盟组织的媒介资源是由基层组织至中央组织,再由中央组织至基层组织,而且中间组织至基层组织间的往来,是以纵横交错密切配合的方式,形成了具有层层向上推力的宝塔型结构;法国排球联盟组织管理运营模式的成功经验,可为我国排球运动管理中心和中国排球协会的管理运营模式的进一步深化改革,提供了重要启示和实证参考。

| Abstract: | This article conducted the perspective of both management and training on the management mode of France Volleyball League through the documentation research.The results show that the central ideal of the management mode is the procession from the mass sports to the specialized sports,the media resource of France Volleyball League is the mode that is from the basic organization to the central organization,and then from the central organization to the basic organization,with the communication between the middle organization and the basic organization more closely,forming the pagoda structure consequently.The management mode of France Volleyball League is a successful experience,which can provide profitable references for the reform of the China Volleyball Management Centre and the China Volleyball Association. |
