| 摘 要： | 体育院校是我国体育人才资源的重要集散地。体育院校跨世纪优秀人才和学科带头人的培养关系到我国高等体育院校的生存和发展。本文对我国体育院校的高级人才的历史和现状进行了分析，认为“断层”和“老化”的危机已经出现，提出了跨世纪优秀人才的培养方略。

| Abstract: | Physical education institutes are important collecting and distributing centers of the resources of athletic talents in China. Educating the elites at the turn of the century and discipline leading scholars has a bearing on the subsistence and development of the physical education institutes in China. This article analyses the histroy and present situation ofqualified personnel in the physical education institues in China. It points out that the crisesof "out of stock" and "ageing" have appeared and it puts foward the strategy of cultivating the elites at the turn of the century. |
