| 摘 要： | 通过对我国男子标枪运动员和世界优秀男子标枪运动员投掷步生物力学参数的对比,并结合运动生物力学等方面的知识。对现阶段我国男子标枪投掷步技术缺陷的主要原因进行了分析。指出转体是投掷步技术中每一环节的重要组成要素,我国男子标枪技术主要缺陷就是由转体的不完善引起的。通过调整投掷步中各环节的转体幅度和转体时机,可以改正当前我国男子标枪投掷步技术的缺陷。

| Abstract: | The reason for Chinese man javelin throwing path default is analysied by facts comparing between Chinese javelin athlets and the first eight javelin athletes in world title match and using sports biomechanics knowledge. It points out that body-turning is important essential factor in every segments of the throwing path, our man javelin throwing path default is caused by the uncomplimentary of the body-turning. Chinese man javelin throwing path default can be amended by improving the skill of body-turning. |
