摘    要:20世纪90年代,以刘易斯为代表的世界优秀男子短跑运动员的100 m跑速度曲线的"双(多)高峰"现象,引起了国内外专家学者的广泛关注,同时这也是一个存在很大争议的话题.以往的研究,很少从运动员的步态、中枢热力学疲劳的角度来认识这一问题.通过对相关研究的综合分析,发现100m跑过程中,运动员的"双(多)高峰"速度节奏不利于能源物质的合理利用,不符合短跑的运动学规律.

Abstract:In the 1990?s,the phenomena of "double/multi-peaks" appearing in the 100?m sprinter of Carl Lewis,who was the representative of world elite sprinters at that time,provoked a lot of specialists' interests all over the world.Meanwhile,people have not come to an unanimous conclusion of such phenomena.The previous researches have rarely explored such phenomena in the view of stride state and central thermodynamics fatigue.Therefore,based on the new studies in above problems,this paper finds out that the velocity rhythm of "double/multi-peaks" could not make the best use of energy in the 100?m sprint,and not accord with the kinematic of sprint.
