| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法以及帕累托分析法,确定了田径、自行车等10个项目作为辽宁省竞技体育优势项目,对辽宁省竞技体育优势项目优秀运动员的社会环境、训练情况、心理和文化等方面进行了调查。结果表明:辽宁省竞技体育优势项目优秀运动员成才规律是社会学因素、训练学因素以及运动员心理、文化因素的共同作用。建议在对各竞技运动项目运动员培养过程中,应该遵循运动员的成才规律,及时调整训练过程中出现的问题。抓好专项训练的同时,还要重视运动员的文化知识教育,特别是专业理论知识的教育等。
