| 摘 要： | 差异化协同发展成为后疫情时期东北冰雪旅游产业高质量发展的优选之路。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在经典的差异化和协同理论阐释基础上,解析东北冰雪旅游产业差异化协同发展的逻辑:东北要素禀赋的比较优势推动冰雪旅游产业差异化发展、东北条件基础的合作优势推动冰雪旅游产业协同发展、差异化与协同互动成为东北冰雪旅游高质量发展内生动力等;东北冰雪旅游产业存在的问题:差异化不明显导致东北冰雪旅游产业比较优势难以发挥、协同不充分导致东北冰雪旅游产业合作优势难以彰显、差异化与协同互动不足导致东北冰雪旅游产业发展动力难以生成等。提出发展路径:通过打造差异化发挥东北冰雪旅游产业发展的比较优势,通过建构协同模式彰显东北冰雪旅游产业发展的合作优势,通过推动差异化与协同互动激活东北冰雪旅游产业发展的内生动力。

| Abstract: | Differentiated and coordinated development will become the preferred way for high-quality development of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China in post-epidemic period.By using the methods of literature,logical analysis,on the basis of classical differentiation and coordination theory,the paper finds the logic of the differentiated and coordinated development of the northeast snow and ice tourism industry:the comparative advantage of factor endowments promotes differentiated development of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China;the advantages of cooperation promote the coordinated development of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China;differentiation and collaborative interaction become the endogenous driving force for high-quality development of snow and ice tourism in Northeast China.There are some problems of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China:the lack of differentiation makes it difficult to give full play to the comparative advantage of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China;insufficient coordination makes it difficult to highlight the advantages of cooperation of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China;the lack of differentiation and synergy makes it difficult to generate the driving force for the development of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China.The paper puts forward the development path:to give play to the comparative advantage of the development of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China by building differentiation;to highlight the advantages of cooperation in the development of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China by constructing collaborative mode;to activate the endogenous driving force of the development of snow and ice tourism industry in Northeast China by promoting differentiation and collaborative interaction. |
