| 摘 要： | 通过对沈阳市52家游泳场馆的分布、规模、类型及经营情况调查,发现游泳市场的经济效益不乐观。影响因素主要有经营理念落后、经营人才匮乏、管理方法缺少科学性、游泳市场缺少文化氛围、居民游泳的健身意识不浓、游泳馆经营成本增高以及相关部门没有支持市民健身的政策。沈阳市游泳行业的市场尚处于培育发展阶段,但具有极大的开发潜力。集体、民营企业场馆的大量涌现改变了原有社会资产结构,给游泳产业注入了新的生机。

| Abstract: | The paper researches distributions,dimensions,types and operation situations on 52 swimming pools in Shenyang.The results show that all of the swimming market will not get much economic benefit.There are some main influential factors:management theory falling behind,shortage of management talented persons and scientific ways of management;shortage of cultural atmosphere,dim health consciousness of citizen,increasing cost of swimming pools,and no having relative policy of supporting citizen to build up physical strength.Market of swimming pools in Shenyang lies in developing stage,but they have great potentiality.And many rising collective ownership and non-govemental swimming pools have changed former assets structure and given swimming industry new life. |
