| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、专家访谈、心理测量和数理统计等方法对我国优秀青少年乒乓球运动员的流畅心理状态的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:流畅心理状态的影响因素主要由积极的心理品质、赛前良好的心理准备、个人竞技水平、巅峰体验、裁判、战术策略、教练员临场指导七个主要因子构成。

| Abstract: | The study uses the methods of documentary datum,experts interview,psychology scale and logicl statistics to study the influential factors of flow state of Chinese excellent teen-age table-tennis athletes.The results show that the influential factors of flow state of table tennis athletes are composed of active psychological qualities,sufficient psychological preparation before the competition,athletics level of player,peak experience,referee,tactics and strategy,instruction of coach in the course of the match. |
