| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、比较研究等方法对中日排球后备人才培养管理体制的比较研究表明:我国排球后备人才学校化的培养体制尚未建立,与此相关的规范化、制度化的竞赛制度及排球后备人才教练员培养制度还需进一步完善。而日本较完善的排球后备人才培养管理体制,可为进一步改革与完善我国排球后备人才培养管理体制提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article conducted a comparative study on the administration system of volleyball reserve force between China and Japan through the documentation and comparison research. The results show that the educationization of administration system of volleyball reserve force has not founded in China, and which the standardization and the systemization of the competitive institution in relation with need to consummate. Besides that, the coach administration system of volleyball reserve force in China needs to go further. Compared with this, the administration system of volleyball reserve force in Japan is relative mature, which can provide profitable references for the reform of the volleyball reserve force administration system in China. |
