| 摘 要： | 从体育院校应用型人才培养对课程体系要求的角度,分析各体育院校课程体系的现状,指出目前我国体育院校课程体系存在着课程学科化、课程设置专门化、课程结构失衡、因人设课现象普遍存在、实践教学体系存在缺失等方面的问题,并提出体育院校课程体系优化的策略：从复杂范式视野优化课程体系;关注社会发展,同人才培养目标保持较高的符合度;课程体系的构建主体由＂单一化＂走向＂多元化＂;改善办学条件,为课程体系优化提供保障;强化实践教学课程,增强学生就业实力。
