| 摘 要： | 随着体育的功能扩展,作为我国最大的品牌赛事,全运会已经在推动经济社会的发展中发挥重要作用。市场经济体制建立以后,以市场为导向的文化理念影响着政府的制度安排和决策,也影响着企业和市民获取利益的基本方式。文化理念决定利益各方对待全运会无形资产开发的基本动机和最终目标。全运会无形资产开发的基本动力,也是根本动力,来自利益主体如何获得最大化的利益。面对全运会的无形资产开发,各种文化理念主导着各利益主体的思想观念、思维方式和行为方式。代表一个时期的文化理念无时无刻不在影响、渗透、推动其开发驱动机制的转变。

| Abstract: | Along with the expansion of sports function,the National Games,which as China’s largest brand game,have played an important role in promoting economic and social development.After the establishment of market economy system,the market-oriented culture is influencing the system arrangement and decision-making of the government and the basic access of interest of enterprises and the public.Cultural concept decides the basic motivations of those whose interest are involved and the ultimate goal of the intangible assets development of the National Games.The basic power i.e.the fundamental power of intangible assets development of the National Games,comes from the interest subjects of how to obtain the maximum benefit.In the face of development of intangible assets of the National Games,all kinds of cultural philosophy dominate the ideas,ways of thinking and behavior of interest subjects.Cultural ideas representing a period is affecting,penetrating and promoting the transformation of development and driving mechanism all the time. |
