| 摘 要： | 篮球教练员的职业化意识有助于教练员科学地组织训练和指导比赛,是篮球教练员长期执教的重要保证。通过对篮球教练员的职业化意识的概念、组成和培养途径的分析和探讨,表明学习和借鉴先进管理经验,利用生理、生化指标监控训练、比赛,职业道德意识和法律意识,将现代篮球运动理论与总结训练竞赛经验相结合,以及不断丰富提高自身素质的意识等综合构成了篮球教练员的职业化意识。提出可以通过自主学习、参加进修、多方合作和参加教练员岗位培训等途径来培养篮球教练员的职业化意识。

| Abstract: | Professional consciousness contribiutes to basketball coaches who organize training and direct matches.It ensures that the career of coaches persist for long-term.The essay makeing a thorough and systematical analysis of notion,building up and developing way of professional consciousness.It illustrates that using administrant experience for reference, makeing use of physiological and biochemical index for control of training and competition,professional moral and law consciousness,combining basketball theory and match experience and improving oneself constitute professional consciousness of basketball coaches.The essay puts forward several advices to coaches.Self-study,attending in an advanced studies,cooperating with physiological and biochemical experts,and attending in developing are good methods to develop professional consciousness. |
