| 摘 要： | 目前国内外对竞速轮椅训练监控的研究还处于空白阶段,在以后的研究中应加强竞速轮椅的项目特点与能量代谢特点的研究,借鉴竞技体育成熟的生理生化监控指标,在对相关训练方法的研究中发现指标变化的规律,筛选出最能反映竞速轮椅训练的指标,建立适应竞速轮椅训练要求的监控指标体系与评价标准,保证竞速轮椅的科学训练,为提高我国的竞速轮椅竞技水平服务。 |

| Abstract: | The current domestic and international study on wheelchair racing's training monitoring is still in the blank research stage.In the future,the researchers should strengthen the study on project characteristics and the characteristics of energy metabolism of wheelchair racing.Drawing on mature monitoring physiological and biochemical indexes of sports,this paper finds the change law in the relevant study on training methods,screens out the indexes best reflecting the training of wheelchair racing,and sets up the monitoring system and evaluation criterion which adapt to the requirements of wheelchair racing training,so to guarantee the scientific training of wheelchair racing,and to reserve for raising the competitive level of this sports item. |
