| 摘 要： | 学生的心理是否健康是实现学校体育教学目标的重要标志之一。目前,高职院校学生存在许多难以解决的非健康心理因素,体育教师必须在教学过程中,深刻分析和研究学生非健康心理的成因及其在体育活动中的诸多表现,结合体育教学的本质特征和教学实践,通过体育教学内容和手段的改革与创新,积极寻找适应现阶段学生身心特点的教学方法,及时解决学生所存在的非健康心理问题。

| Abstract: | It is one of the important symbols in realizing the aim of school physical education that students mentalities are healthy or not.At present,there exists a lot of unhealthy factors in the students' mentalities.Therefore,PE teachers must deeply analyze and make research on the formation causes and its representation of the students' unhealthy mentalities in physical activities.Moreover,combining with the essential characteristic of PE teaching and teaching practice,PE teachers seek the teaching methods suit for the characteristics of students' body and mind in present stage positively through the reform and innovation of PE teaching content and methods,in order to solve the students' unhealthy mental problems. |
