| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、实地访问、数理统计等方法,对湘西地区农民体育现状进行调查分析。研究结果表明,湘西地区农民体育的组织管理机构,特别是村一级的组织管理机构还很不健全。少数参与体育锻炼的农民大多选择简便易行、对场地要求不高、消费性支出不显著的运动项目进行自发的体育锻炼,而大多数农民不参与体育锻炼的主要原因是缺乏余暇时间和劳动后的身心疲惫。针对这种现状,提出优先为行政村开展全民健身活动提供必要的人、财、物方面的扶持和帮扶力度等对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forwards strategy and suggestions on the present state of the agriculturalist sports development in Western Hunan Region through the bibliographical analysis,questionnaire survey,field work and mathematical statistics.The results show that management organizations in charge of agriculturalists in Western Hunan Region are far from perfect,especially those at the village level.A small number of agriculturalists spontaneously take some simple sports without demanding courts and with small expenditure,while the majority of them refuse to participate in sport owing mainly to lack of leisure time and fatigue after hard work.It suggests that human resources,financial and material support should be provided for villages,and such support should be strengthened step by step. |
