| 摘 要： | 对216名老年知识分子进行了体质检查,分析了体重指数(BMI)与血压的相关性。结果显示:男女性BMI差异不显著(P≥0 05)。控制其他危险因素后,女性BMI超重者中BMI与SBP(收缩压)几乎呈完全相关(|r|=0 96)。结果表明:到了老年期,男女性体形越来越接近,脂肪总量与脂肪分布差异不大,主要分布在腰、臀及大腿周围。此结果对高血压及心血管疾病的防治提供了有效的理论依据。

| Abstract: | This article made a checkup with 216 old peoples and analyzed the correlation of body mass index (BMI) with blood pressure.The results showed there were insignificant difference between the male and the female (P>0.05).After controlling the other risk factors,the BMI correlated with the SBP of the female in BMI_1 group (|r|=0.96).The results suggested that the body shape of the male and female sex was similar,the quantity of fat and fat distribution were similar.This conclusion provided the effective references for preventing and treating the hypertension and hyperlipidemia. |
