| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市公共体育场馆经营管理情况的调查分析,发现制约公共体育场馆经营管理绩效的各种因素,包 括管理方式陈旧、缴纳税费过多、维修资金缺乏等。针对存在的问题提出改善经营、提高管理效率的多种经营方式,认 为各类公共体场馆可根据自身特点,选择不同的经营方式,如委托经营方式、承包经营方式、租赁经营方式等。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author makes interview on present state of management of Shanghai public stadium and gymnasium, and finds out the facts that restrict the effects of operation and management, including management way outmoded, too many taxes, maintain shortage of funding, etc. On the base of analyzing, the paper puts forward varied models for improving operation and developing management efficiency on public stadium and gymnasium in Shanghai. In conclusion, all kinds of public stadium can choose different management styles according to its own characteristics, such as trust management style, contract management style and leasing management style. |
