| 摘 要： | 学分制教学管理模式是高校培养高素质创新人才的科学管理模式，普通高校体育与健康教学，必须顺应这个管理模式，并根据自身课程特点，进行学分制与学年制结合的体现“健康第一”教育思想的体育教学，使高校学生的身体得到终身练习、评估与受益。
