运动对心肌蛋白质组差异表达影响的研究进展及展望

摘    要:一个细胞在特定生理或病理状态下表达的所有种类蛋白质称为蛋白质组。应用蛋白质组学的研究方法和理论,可以从整体、动态的角度来研究运动对心肌蛋白质的差异表达的影响。本文在综述了近年来国内外运动心肌蛋白质组学研究发展现状的基础上,展望了未来这一专题的研究方向将主要集中在:运动心脏蛋白质组学数据库的建立、蛋白质点的进一步确证、蛋白质点之间的相互作用以及蛋白质的修饰;深入运动心脏蛋白质组学的研究,将为进一步阐明运动心脏的重塑机制的研究以及运动心脏重塑过程中的基因调控、蛋白质修饰、变化机理的研究提供新的理论依据和新的研究思路;将为促进全面健身运动的开展以及慢性心血管疾病的运动康复的研究带来新的视角。

Abstract:A cell expresses all kinds of protein in a particular physiological or pathological condition which is called proteome. If you apply the proteomics research method and theory, You can study the differences expression influence of myocardial protein after excercise from the whole, Dynamic perspective. This paper summarizes the excercise myocardial proteomics research and development present situation at home and abroad in recent years, Prospects this topic research direction in the future will mainly focus on the database establishment of excercise myocardial proteomics, The further confirmed of Protein point,The interaction between protein point and Protein modification; The further research of excercise myocardial proteomics will provide new theoretical basis and new research ideas which will help to further illustrate the movement heart remodeling mechanism research and the process of movement cardiac remodeling gene regulation, protein modification and the change mechanism research; Which will promote the development of the overall fitness movement and bring new visual Angle in the movement of chronic cardiovascular disease rehabilitation research.
