摘    要:在运动训练中和运动训练后,内脏器官机能的好坏直接影响到运动水平的高低和机体运动能力的恢复及提高。肾脏作为维持机体内部环境相对稳定的重要器官之一,它的恢复对机体自身恢复有着重要作用。与无氧供能的内脏超量恢复规律(的应用)已有报道。但是,超量恢复与有氧供能的能代特点、以及与糖有氧供能条件下的运动对肾脏功能又有什么影响?还不多见。为此:本文将搜集与之相关的资料进行阐述,为运动训练、基础研究提供参考资料。

Abstract:During or after the sports training,the function of internal organs play an direct impact on the sport level and the improve-ment and recovery of body ability.As an important organ maintaining organism interior environment relative stabilization,the kidney’s recovery has an vital role in the body’s own recovery.Which is reported in the law of internal organs and over-recovery.But it is rare that the Characteristics of energy metabolism of over-recovery and aerobic energy,the effect of exercise on the kidney under the conditions of over-recovery and aerobic energy.This paper will collect and elaborate the related material to provide the reference information for sports training and basic research.
