体育锻炼对高校教师主观幸福感的影响

摘    要:采用《主观幸福感量表》和PARS.3《体育活动等级量表》,测查315名高校教师的主观幸福感和体育锻炼情况。结果表明:高校教师的总体幸福感水平较高,女教师、已婚、教龄长的教师总体幸福感水平较高;运动量在正性情感上有显著的主效应,锻炼持续时间在正性情感和负性情感上均有显著的主效应,运动量和锻炼持续时间在正性情感和负性情感上交互效应显著,说明在体育锻炼与高校教师主观幸福感的关系中,锻炼持续时间是影响其效果的决定性因素。运动量与锻炼持续时间在生活满意感上主效应均不明显,且不存在交互效应,说明仅仅通过体育锻炼较难对其产生影响作用。

Abstract:use "subjective well-being scale" and PARS-3 "sports activity rating scale",check the subjective well-being and physical exercise of the 315 university teachers.The results showed that: University teachers have a high level of general happiness,female teacher,married,long teacher teaching experience have higher levels of general well-being;Exercise in positive emotions have a significant main effect of exercise duration on positive emotion and negative emotion showed a significant main effect of exercise and exercise duration in positive emotions and negative emotions on the interaction effect is significant,it shows that university teachers in physical exercise and the relationship between subjective well-being,the exercise duration is a decisive factor affecting the results.Exercise and exercise duration in the main effect on life satisfaction are not clear,and there are no interaction effects,indicating that only through the exercise have less effect.
