| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对制约我国排球职业联赛发展的主要因素展开探讨,主要从我国排球职业联赛的现状、制约我国排球职业联赛发展的主要因素、我国排球职业联赛发展的对策研究等几个方面展开,结果发现市场经济条件下俱乐部管理和运行不规范;企业对俱乐部投资积极性不高;运动员及教练员流动不通畅;排球联赛市场清淡;过分突出对运动员的物质激励忽视体育道德的培养是制约我国排球职业联赛发展的主要因素。
