基因芯片技术与中医学结合在运动性疲劳中的应用前景

摘    要:中西医结合研究运动性疲劳是我国的特色,但由于中西医在思维方式和方法论上的迥异,一直不能取得突破性进展。基因芯片技术作为现代科学的产物,使现代医学的思维模式从还原论跃进到整体论和系统论,中西医思维模式第1次实现统一。展望在中医理论指导下运用基因芯片技术研究运动性疲劳的前景,可能在以下几方面取得进展:研究和校正运动性疲劳的中医分型:研究中药的有效成分和中药复方的疗效,开发消除运动性疲劳的中药单方和复方;研究不同中医证侯型运动性疲劳的基因表达谱,开发诊断运动性疲劳的基因芯片;制定消除运动疲劳的个性化中药组方,等等。

Abstract:It was Chinese feature that used integrated traditional and western medicine to study exercise fatigue. Because the thinking mode and methodology were different between traditional and western medicine, up to now, integrated traditional and western medicine has not been essence broken through. As a product of contemporary science, DNA micro-array technique made the thinking mode of contemporary science be leapt forward holism and system theory from reductionism, the thinking modes of traditional and western medicine were unified primarily, maybe made the study on exercise fatigue get breakthrough. To prospect the study, maybe include these aspects: studying and checking the CTM typing of exercise fatigue; studying the gene expression spectrum of different CTM typing of exercise fatigue, developing gene chip for diagnose exercise fatigue; instituting individual Chinese crude drug for remove exercise fatigue.
