运动对心肌肌浆网钙转运蛋白的影响

摘    要:心肌细胞肌浆网钙转运蛋白通过调节心肌细胞内游离钙的浓度对心肌细胞的收缩、舒张功能起着决定性的作用。其活性和基因表达的变化与运动性疲劳和心肌肥大的发生密切相关.本文阐述了心肌肌浆网钙转运蛋白Ryanodine受体(RYR)和Ca^2+-ATP酶的结构、功能及其调节钙离子浓度的机制,并讨论和分析了运动对其产生的影响及其原因.为进一步研究运动对心肌肌浆网转运蛋白的影响及其机制提供参考。

Abstract:Cardiac sareoplasmic reticulum calcium-transport proteins play an important role in regulating the cardiac muscle cells to contract and relax and the change of its activity and gene expression have an affinity with sports fatigue and myocardial hypertrophy. This article described the structure, function and mechanism of regulating the calcium concentration of cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-transport protein ryanodine receptor(RYR) and calcium-ATPase. The effect of exercise on cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-transport proteins and the reason is also discussed. It provides reference to further researching the effect of exercise on it.
