| 摘 要： | 新世纪的教育对教师的素质要求越来越高,不再局限于单一的教学领域,在科研、现代技术运用等方面也提出了进一步的要求。纵观国内有关教师自我效能方面的研究,将教师教学效能等同于教师自我效能,这是不全面的。本文结合高校体育工作的特点,重新编制了体育教师自我效能、教学效能问卷,对高校体育教师自我效能与教学效能之关系进行研究。结果表明教师自我效能各指标与教学效能各项存在着显著的正相关。 |

| Abstract: | The education of new century requires more and more competence of teacher,such as R&D,modern technology application and so on,in addition to the field of teaching.As far as study on self-efficiency of teacher around the world is concerned,it is one-sided to equalize teaching efficiency to self-efficiency.Considering the characteristics of university sports,the article re-edited the questionnaire of self-efficiency,teaching efficiency of physical education teacher,in order to study the relationship between self-efficiency and teaching efficiency of physical education teacher in university.The results demonstrated the apparent relationship between indicators of self-efficiency and indicators of teaching efficiency |
