超等长练习的生理学机制及练习效果分析

摘    要:超等长练习是一种发展肌肉爆发力的有效练习方法。为了更好地为从事运动训练的专业人员、体育专业的学生在实践中科学地运用超等长练习,本文运用文献资料法与专业逻辑分析法,对该练习方法的生理学机制及练习效果进行分析和探讨。

Abstract:Super-equal-length exercise is a method that can develop muscle strength quite effectively. In order to apply it scientifically on athletic training in practice for professionals engaged in athletic training and students majored in physical education, Using the method of summarizing literature and professional logic analyses, this article analyzes and discusses Super-equal-length exercises' physiological mechanism and exercise effect.
