| 摘 要： | 本文在调查研究的基础上,针对高等师范院校公共体育课程教学的现状,探讨高等师范院校公共体育课程教学改革的对策.强调以素质教育为指导思想,先进的教学理论为依据,灵活的教学方法以及合理的教学评价为手段,调动"教师的教"与"学生的学"两方面的积极性,拓宽高等师范院校公共体育课程的教育目标,培养学生健康的身心观和体育能力与习惯.

| Abstract: | The paper based on present curriculum's teaching and relative survey and research, discusses the strategy of the reform of Common curriculum of physical education and sports Meanwhile the paper also emphasizes the importance of instruction thoughts of predisposition education, advanced teaching theories, methods of flexible teaching and reasonable evaluation. Under which rouse the interest of "teacher's teach" and "learner's learn", expand the goals of physical education curriculum in high normal academy, and cultivate the students with a health world outlook, well physical ability and habit of physical exercising. |
