| 摘 要： | 本研究通过文献查找、阅读,找到目前国内外体育后备人才培养模式优势,了解近2年四川省体育后备人才培养模式,通过对四川省多个地市州业余体校的教练、队员进行问卷调查和对四川省个别项目的专业队教练队员进行问卷调查,分析影响我省竞技体育后备人才培养因素,并借鉴世界体育强国的一些培养模式,结合我国国情,探索出四川体育后备人才＂体教结合＂培养模式新思路,对新时期我省竞技体育后备人才培养模式改革提出探索性见解。

| Abstract: | This paper has found out the advantages of reserved sports talents both at home and abroad through the literature search as well as reading and known about the training mode of Sichuan reserved sports talents in nearly 2 years.According to the questionnaire surveys set for the coaches and players of amateur sports schools in several cities and for the professional coaches and players of individual items in Sichuan province,the paper analyzes the factors to affect the training of reserved talents in competitive sports in Sichuan province,takes examples by some training modes in world sports powers and combines China＇s national conditions to explore the new training mode of ＂combination of sport and education＂ in Sichuan and put forward exploratory opinions on the reform of the training mode of reserved talents in competitive sports in Sichuan province in the new period. |
